Highlight the spoken word
Word-level highlighting gives the viewer a visual cue for the current word. For example, in “Start with one idea,” a contrasting highlight follows the speech instead of coloring the entire sentence at once.
Animated captions change the appearance of timed words as the speaker talks. Capgen combines word timestamps with fonts, highlight colors and motion so you can preview a caption treatment before exporting it into your video.

Choose how many words appear together. Short phrases leave more space around a face or product, while longer phrases need more room. Preview fast sections as well as pauses before deciding.
Test your font and highlight against both bright and dark frames. Keep captions away from faces, demonstrations and platform controls. A preset is a starting point, not a substitute for checking the footage.
Use the captioned video export to preserve the visible animation. Downloading SRT preserves wording and timing only. A platform subtitle track does not reproduce Capgen font, color or word-animation settings.
New accounts start with five video credits. Review plans and upload limits before preparing a large file.
Both can emphasize words as audio progresses. Capgen follows speech timestamps for video captions; it is not a lyric transcription or music-synchronization service.
There is no guaranteed engagement or ranking improvement. Choose the treatment that makes the actual words easier to follow for your audience.
You can restyle and re-export an already credited project without spending another video credit. Keep your original source video available when reopening a project.
